Best budget hotel that is very customer friendly, the staff are very kind and courteous towards the clients, good location ( 1 express stop to downtown Brooklyn, then stops in manhattan).
It is and has always been a pleasant stay at the Vue Express. Never had any issues with them, except the rooms are a little small. Other than that, they are a good Hotel. And clean.
Everyone experience seems to be different...I had no problem staying at The Vue Express...I admit I went to the wrong address at 1st (it's another place called The Vue-its a shelter) but once here I felt safe and comfortable. This is not a fancy high-tech hotel....but clean and comfortable! Rooms are small but that's NY, housekeeping busy and nice! Manager/staff were helpful and nice! Stores around, very hilly and busy neighborhood...I enjoyed my stay!!
Great view from our room on the 4th floor. Very friendly staff. Good breakfasts. The room was clean and cleaned daily. Close to metro. Good price
The employees they was very nice to me and my family and the Rose were super clean to melt so good once she walked in there. I love it.
My stay here was average. The room was fine and met expectations (4 stars), but both the service and the location were more basic. It works if you just need a standard place to sleep, but don't expect many frills or a central neighborhood feel.
